already posted about Saturday night, but then i went to the tea dance on sunday. Not many people there, but i had a fantastic time, i learnt more in an afternoon then i have done in weeks at classes and i managed to wear my new shoes all afternoon. it was nice to meet and chat with people of the forum too.

Was guttted to have to leave at 5 due to an horrendous drive to Harrogate , i could have danced all night again.

It will suprise no-one to learn I had a FANTASTIC night at Daventry, as I always do.

5 or so hours of Marc's music, a dark room (don't be predictable Cruella) and lots of lovely ladies - I had some seriously and dances . Such a shame that it's another 3 months to the next one. I really think Daventry might be able to sustain a monthly night in the Saxon suite with Marc playing that kind of stuff. It seems to me that with each successive one, more and more people are willing to come through from the main room (and not just when the main room closes).

Thanks to MsFab for enjoying/enduring a tango/jango dance with me.

My only disappointment was not hearing Marc announce when the last song was playing. I had asked someone to save the last dance for me so when the lights went up I had to go find her and apologise. We did then dance to the playout track but it's never the same when dancing with the lights up, is it?
