With the new age-discrimination legislation coming into force now, I wondered how old the average Ceroc teacher is?

Akso, I wondered whether the (historic and rumoured) practice of only recruiting younger people as teachers would be illegal now?
Is this for ceroc trained teachers only? Or teachers in general?
