Personally, most of my knowledge of Ceroc-the-organisation has come from this forum. I don't think I "sympathise" more with Ceroc, but as I now understand a little about how it's set up as a business, I understand why some things are more difficult to achieve than others.

I also understand how some of the issues I might have blamed "Big Bad Ceroc" for in the past are more appropriately addressed to "dumbo franchisees". That doesn't mean the issues aren't real, or that "Big Bad Ceroc" doesn't bear some responsibility - but that the immediate blame is not always with Ceroc HQ.

So, for Ceroc insiders, did your views of the organisation also change when you "got in"? If so, how?
