An old Austin Allegro on its last legs. Don't think I drove it that much actually - shared it with my ex and he was the better driver at the time (since I'd not long passed my test)
My first car was a Ford Anglia torqouise - I think they are used on the set of Heartbeat

Leroy (Satchel) Paige (1906-1982)
Mickey Mouse's girlfriend, Minnie, made her film debut, along with Mickey, in "Steamboat Willie" on November 18, 1928.
That date is recognized as her official birthday.

A very red mini metro. It looked a bit like a toy car because the previous owner had painted lots of bits bright red and the aerial was so big it looked like it was a remote controlled toy car
Still, happy memories
1980 Toyota Corolla which I had for many years - was very sad to see it go
My first car is possibly going to be a Clio fingers crossed that it hasn't sold. At the moment I'm driving my mum's Focus...nice car.
xXx
Mine was a cowpat coloured ancient 1976 Mini called Matilda. Loved her to bits. Now I drive my avatar...
Daisy
(A Soppy Little Flower)
Mine was a Fiat 127 you dont see them anymore. Think it was a W reg i loved that car only one problem, the brakes were not very good and had to carry a brick where ever i went to put under the front tyre when i parked
Mine was a 1994 maroon rover 214 sei, it broke down about 3 weeks ago on my way to greenwich wit Taz! RAC man said it would take more to repair than the car was worth.
Haven't decided what to get next!
This was my first car, I let my darling drive it sometimes

A racing green Renault 4 with strange gear stick on the dash board and a benchseat at the front.
Great little runner.
A Triumph Herald, one of the ones with the white rubber bumpers and the bonnet that lifted open from the back. It was a fab car, fell to bits eventually though

Triumph 2000 estate, with leather interior, and walnut veneer dashboard.Colour was Gunmetal, a sort of air force Blue. Reg No was SRO 559E. Was 13 years old when I got it for nothing, guy that gave me it thought the clutch had gone, but it was just the slave cylinder, which was fixed cheaply. Was a big solid car, not like the tin boxes they make now
I'd have called that a heap of sh*t!Originally Posted by Daisy Chain

I had a beige 1982 Ford Fiesta (bought in 1992!) with red and white stripes (!!) down the sides and the word FIESTA in red across the back window! Tasteful eh? But, I hasten to add, not my choice - that's how it was when I bought it, nice and cheap, at the auctions.
A had blue Mini.
Mine was a Autobianchi A112
A 1969 VW Beetle. Deep red with grey side-panels. I called her Cherry and loved her very much. She built up my biceps too, whenever I had to put her into 3rd gear! Winters V.cold, Summers V.hot. When we sold her the buyer drove her down the road and i heared a big bang
Split Screen Morris Minor convertible it cost £35
Fond memories of cruising up and down the sea front at Yarmouth

I had a red Ford Escort Estate called Eddie, I can't remember the full reg number, but the last 3 letters were MGJ, I remember that because my dad said it stood for "My God, Junk!"
I remember one night (officer!) giving a few friends a lift home, I had 2 in the front passenger seat, 5 in the back seat and 3 in the boot! My friend Claire was the one who was always made to sit in the boot, I feel really bad about that now!
An 8-year old white'n'rust Citroen Visa which had had 7 previous owners. The number plate - TAM ---Y - was worth well in excess of the car. I had it for two years then put it in for PX - the salesman insisted on test driving it and came back white - but I was fond of it and felt guilty about leaving it for scrap
