I thought this thread was going to be about pipes and drums in Edinburgh.
Tats, can be quite sexy

Come down to Aberdeen and see Stix: he's a world renown tatoo artist with several awards to his name. Draconian Tattoo
I took a drawing I had done myself to the tattoo artist. He drew over it with some form of ink (don't know what) then put it on my skin was basically like a tempory tattoo, let me have a look in the mirror to decide whether looked how i wanted it to or was right place/Size. Then he just followed the pattern on my skin.
My only problem is I know wish I'd gone slightly bigger.

I like it. I must remember it for future use. A fair number of the support staff where I work (for a few more days, at any rate) have them...
It's a mystery to me. My stepfather has a whole bunch of tattoos and they are all the colour of Parker Blue-black ink nowadays. In a few years Amy Winehouse, for example, is going to look really manky. Not to mention David Beckham. Ick.

Interetingly no guys have said on this thread "I love women with tatoos"
Is it another case of women dressing for women... even though a few women here, are also not so keen on tats?
Its not a very feminine thing is it, and the base of the spine fashion tattoo was only cool for like 5 minutes (i'm getting the lingo, did you notice ).
Saying that, really fancy tattoos that portray an entire scene and cover most of a part of a body are still cool - it says "confidence". Quite the opposite of a japanese letter at the base of your spine that says "my friends have got this too"
Megan Fox has a stupid tattoo on her right shoulder blade.
It looks like it came from the Eric Cantona Book of surreal sayings.
