Now the National CerocChamps 2006 are becoming a warm glow of memory for some, when and where is the next Ceroc competition? I read something about Midlands comp?

How much practice did the finalists put in each week?

Any dos or don'ts for new competitors e.g eat lots of bananas during the day for energy, abstein from marital relations the week before competition, how to nobble your opponents and not get found out, the usual stuff?

The next ceroc champs is in Edingburgh on 9th September. The new Midlands one is on Nov 4th in Stoke-on-Trent.
