Things that have kept me awake or woke me up too early.
    1) Noise.
    2) Light
    3) Need for loo
    4) Girlfriend

Funnily enough, when I used to work from home, I found going to bed at 4am, so the 'morning rush hour' noise came in the middle of my deep sleep meant it didn't disturb me at all, had some of the best sleeps of my life then. LOL. Nytol seemed to work for me, but like all these herbal things, some peeps they seem to work for, some don't. Worked a charm at Storm I'm careful not to use it much tho, just when I wanna be sure to get a good nights sleep, presumably like all these things, regular intake means your body gets used to it. Never tried the radio idea, that is one for the back burner if ever I have that problem again. Oh, and light, I found no solution except good blackout curtains and something along the top, forget what they are called. Pelmet?
Hot bath before bed helps too. Earplugs and those eye patch things were just too invasive for me.
The last two there is no solution known to man except abstention. C'est la vie.

I've heard tell that lettuce is a soporific. There is the danger that, if the lettuce works, you may, after a few nights of eating it, start to dream that you are a rabbit. Might be beneficial to your dancing... one would expect to see a rabbit at a hop...
