Sugar Puffs!

I bought a box today, they have changed the packaging !!! And the appear to have shrunk the puffs!! And they taste more Honey-y!

Have you ever eaten 'sugar puffs' and gone for a 'pee' and hour or so later? For some strange reason your pee smells of 'sugar puffs'. So guess some ingredients has not been changed. I myself stick to porridge these days.

never noticed but i only pee 3 times a day (and it never seems to be after eating sugar puffs)

Dunno but it sure didn't have that effect on me when I DID eat them.

Funny, a few people I know are really into Ready Brek at the moment too! Ready Brek is back! Mind you, I do tend to enjoy it more in the winter. In the summer, I prefer cereal with plenty of fruit, and fruit juice to wash it down. roll on summer!!!!
