    Broadband, landline and mobile bundling

    Hi,

I could Google but I'm lazy. Does anyone know of a bundle of services, something like:

    2Mbps Broadband, unlimited monthly downloads

    Landline with cheap calls

Mobile with lots of cross-network minutes

That would be cheaper than buying them all separately?

    Thanks

    Clive

No one is doing that bundle yet, but it will be coming very soon, with both Orange via Wanadoo (aka Freeserve) and also Carphone Warehouse launching products.

Tesco will also be launching a bundle (hearsay)

The closest at the moment is probably TalkTalk from Carphone Warehouse. They offer broadband at 2mb with unlimited downloads, a good landline service for a pretty good rate. Then either get a mobile phone from them or shop around. Look here

Then there is always BT, who will bundle but aren't the cheapest.

What WB said. Also ntl:telewest, if they get their way, will soon be called "Virgin Mobile/Cable/Telecom/Net" or something like that...

But expect them to take the best part of a year to actually get themselves sorted out enough to exploit their unique position... By which time they may be less unique...

Re: Broadband, landline and mobile bundling

If buying any bundle do look at the contract carefully

If the price rises after the initial contract period or one element of the bundle fails

Splitting it up later may be difficult
