    Welcome to the forum Dale

The answer to that is simple - you do what you want to do and enjoy doing - its what dancing is all about

Any advice from the seasoned dancers?
That'll be TheTramp you mean - apparantly he's quite salty !

Yep, that was me and I do remember dancing with you (I am well impressed at your memory - wish I could remember even half of the names of people I danced with :sorry ).

    Hope to see you soon,

    Well me obviously!!!!

I'm Dancing Veela (from Harry Potter - can't wait until I see how they portray me in the film when it comes out!!!).

I've been dancing Ceroc 5.5 years - from the first beginners workshop held (by Franck) in Dundee - before the first Dundee class started a couple of weeks later.

My friend Ann had been dancing it in Edinburgh and sent me some flyers to put up at work - so I dragged quite a few people along to it - I still make a point of dragging people from work along whenever I can - it's useful at work night's out to have someone who can dance there (eh Sherwin????? Hope we can find some space in the pub tomorrow night)!

Well. I would say a nice gent covered in chocolate, but it could be a bit messy when you're dancing with them !

    By way of intro...

    Hi...I'm Tim.

I've been dancing Ceroc for about a month now, in Glasgow.
Since there is at least one Tim already on the board, I figured I may as well have a virtual kiwi accent to go with my real one . I moved to Scotland just over a year ago to finish up my PhD. Since handing it in, in January, I've been having a great time and plan to stick around...

When I was looking for a dance class here (did some ballroom in NZ), I discovered Ceroc had a night (Glasgow Uni Union) no more than 1 min walk from my office - a bit of a no-brainer!

Hope to meet some of the folks on the forum here over time.

    cheers
    Tim

    Firstly, Hi Tim.

Being one of the quiet ones, I should really introduce myself...

I'm Robert, Bob or CJ. NEVER Rob!!:reallymad

I DJ in Glasgow on Wed evenings and have done Edin on Tuesdays for a LONG time.

Have danced a fair wee while, for all you'd never know it.

Am fairly recognisable for my hair down to my waist, and would welcome any beginers/new peeps on the forum for a dance.

Also renowned for being in an affair with Chicklet which involves lots of oral and some cream.

    That's all I think.

    Slight correction...

That should read "Verbal," not oral.

    Hi CJ,

was trying to follow your link to readitandweep - but no joy. Is it a trap for newbies or, ahh, has the server been hit with some stray cream? (or not enough?)
