eeh this is easy, just freefall onto target and hit "parachute" a very last moment - works about 8 out of 10 times for me. Couple of impossible ones with target on far right and pants blowing left -can't freefall that fast.
Hum, I am taking this a bit too seriously(just usually crap at these sort of things)
