    My roasted tomato pasta that I made last night was anything but bland. Perhaps it was the third of a jar of capers that I poured in and the two red chillies that did it.

    You can't go wrong with pesto. Pesto or garlic!

    Garlic's not too advisable if you're dancing the same day though (apparently parsley or strawberries are good for neutralisation)

    Fresh herbs if you can get them are so much nicer than dried - most can be grown in pots

    I forgot to say one more very important thing. Yeast are very unhealthy. They ruin gut organisms. I am serious!
