Tramp dances very well as a woman. Most men can't go both parts either! He's been practicing it a lot with someone!

Actually, more like 'anyone'. That'll lead me that is.

So far, managed to follow RobD, SimonR, DavidB, El Salero G, Tessalicious, Sparkles, Stewart, and probably missing some more, this weekend. It's been fun

You still owe me that dance Mr King!

Would love to be in it again this year but seeing as Melanie and I didn't achieve a placing last year then I assume we're out the running?

....we obviously need to enter more competitions.

Who from Scotland made a final last year? Mel B and Steve Burgess did but I didn't get around much and so don't know of anyone else?

Give me a few years and you can have the best that Northern Ireland can supply. At the minute, you are stuck with me, on my own!

Then, it got widened further to include people that they could actually get to do it.

There were certainly people competing last year, who hadn't even competed at the top level when they competed, let alone actually won anything.

But then, if there are 5 major competitions, with 3 places - even if different people were put into those 15 places, that'd only be 15 couples - enough for 3 heats. And of course, it's generally a lot of the same names winning things, and also people not able to make the jivemasters competition as well. Which meant that, since they needed about 40 couples (I'm guessing at 8 heats), meant that invitations were going out to a wide variety of couples.

Please note, I'm not knocking the jivemasters. I like the concept. Just commenting on Simon's post.
I have the vids 4 both, (& went to JM03 final) just to say there is a pretty big gap in dancing quality between the 2, why didnt many big guns return for a 2nd crack? Shame cos for me JM 03 is essential viewing!
