What a wonderful bandwagon to want to join on to.

My life is filled with wonderful nights that make me smile to my back teeth just thinking about them. Just wish I'd found ceroc much sooner.

Thanks muchly to Franck and the team and CJ for putting it all into words so eloquently.

    What a great post CJ!

Like Ducasi, I doubt I would still be dancing if it weren't for this forum. I have been encouraged and felt a 'part of things' in the MJ wilderness than has been NI (soon to change!). I have met some really genuinely lovely people when I have travelled to events, have enjoyed warm hospitality, and made new friends through. (I would even be more open to relocating outside of NI as I know I have a hobby where I can meet and make new friends across the UK.)

I have spent many hours (yes I know, too many) reading threads that have entertained and informed, built up connections with people, and never been disappointed when we meet in real life (a little surprised sometimes, but not disappointed).

Dance wise, this forum has made a big difference to me. From feeling inexperienced and inadequate, dances with much more experienced forumites have been enjoyable, confidence building and some have given valued feedback. Forum gals have been chatty, friendly and fun. I massively enjoy travelling to weekenders, in large part because of all the forum folk who I know will be there.

And Franck is an absolute star!

My personal favourite bit of MissyD's corrupted version is the support tights

To the original CJ version, it says it all. Thank you Franck, this forum has really made the MJ experience special for me.

Too many to name, I have met many people through this Forum and have become closer to many amazing, warm people. (I have chosen not to name names, but feel free to come out if a tale involves you...)

Having never met a forumite: I turned up at her house @ 03.00 with 3 other smelly musicians, let myself in using a hidden key, slept the night in her house THEN met her.
Yes It was a touching moment
I was found stripping a chair in the garden the following morning and two hairy teenagers who greeted him over breakfast fought valiently for the lions share of crossants and then buggered off..

    Re: Open Letter To Franck

Ok so I was bored and Scouting some old Threads and found this one and decided to reserect it!!!!

I would just like to say thanx to everyone that I have met through Ceroc and the support that has been given through this forum.

I started Ceroc at a time when I was very low and discovered something I loved. The people were so friendly and welcoming I immediately felt a part of something. It was the pick me up that I required and I discovered something that I really enjoyed.

As I started to meet more and more dancers from all over Scotland I realised that it wasn't just Aberdeen that had this Atmosphere. I now consider people all over Scotland amongst my friends.

There are too many people to mention that have made a difference however small they think their input be it from asking me to Dance, to offering a smile, a hug, a place to stay or just being there when I needed someone.

But special mention as CJ said must go to:

Franck Thank you for giving us all this oppertunity to do something that we love.
