Male demos: please stop making eye contact with the camera during the "talk-throughs". If you want to look in the direction of the camera to "complete a line" or whatever, that's fine: go ahead. However, most of you aren't doing that. Instead, you're looking at the teacher most of the time, and stealing occasional guilty glances at the camera. This makes you look nervous and unsure of yourself, which doesn't give me a lot of confidence in the material. This also distracts from the teaching thing. The camera will still work if you don't look at it.

Teachers: you mostly make an appropriate amount of eye contact, given that you're speaking and running the show. Please smack your demos into compliance. Nina - please feed Nigel prior to letting him get in front of a camera.
