This is a dead cert for me. Time to apologise to dance partner BEFORE you do anything wrong!!!

Also dancing yourself into a deadend or cul-de-sac move with absolutely no way out is an absolute give away you are nearing your bed time

For me bed time can only ever be after the DJ has given up, and gone to his/her bed, or maybe, sometimes, if all the women have run away
This is why once we are in the small hours, for me, the music has to be blues, and as Franck knows I don't use up much energy on this, it also has the advantage of letting the woman have a rest, even a quick nap I will break out into the occasional move, often at 1/4 or 1/8th time, or some speed which is difficult to distinguish from standing still.
So don't expect me to leap into action if Boogie Woogie Choo Choo strikes up at 4 a.m., I might be on the dancefloor, almost upright, but that's as far as it goes.
