I am used to windows XP profession pier to pier but am upgrading to having a sever

I want a Managers uses guide rather than a detailed technical manual

Its for a small company with 5 office staff

Have a look at the O'Reilly website, their books are usually very good!

Castration is too severe despite having to use Windows XP. Have you considered any alternatives
