I most certainly had a fantastic evening! Thanks everyone for the brilliant birthday dance! I had a ball!

Thanks Sparkles for the wonderful cake! It was lovely!

It seemed like I couldn't get enough of the cake and the donuts, both were Pretty much the same story with the dancers too! But it definitely wasn't anything to do with an excess of dancing partners that left me feeling a little at the end!

    Re: Monday Night Jango

Had fab night again, this is getting to be a habit! Even if we did get a telling off for being too noisy during class. Sorry Sir/miss!
Sorry Greg, we will make up for the missed dances at Southport. Glad to get to say a proper goodbye to Ray and Jane.
Unfortunately won't be getting back for a monday night Jango until the next school holidays (much too far to travel when i've work the next day) So i'll have to make do with the TJive's instead. So whens the next one?

Wasn't just me!!! I seem to recollect you having something to do with that on Saturday.
Maybe i need to borrow a muzzle off one of my puppies to stop me laughing so loudly.
Unfortunately i'm still away until the 30th so will miss that TJive so whens the following one?

I am coming down to Jango tonight .

If anyone from the midlands would like a ride down then get in touch! I have at least 2 spaces in my car.

Only if you've been invited to Nigel's party. I danced with him at Twyford and didn't get invited. Evidently I didn't pass the audition.

I wonder if it was the looks or the dancing I failed on? Or both?

You can have my invitation if you'd like it - I won't be able to go
Don't take it personally PS, Nigel, for all his bravado, is a bit backwards in coming forwards with these sorts of things...

Sorry to everyone for being off-colour last night, and thank you all for the lovely dances and for being understanding, hopfully I'll be back on form by Sunday.

    Perhaps you failed on etiquette???

Personally, I think it's very bad form to moan about, or otherwise discuss in public, someone's reasons for either inviting or not inviting people to their parties, particularly if that person's not actually involved in the conversation.

Sometimes I think forum chit-chat like this just goes too far.

I have to agree fully with ChrisA and ZW on this one.

Sounds like you're trying to garner sympathy and are fishing for an invite and/or compliments.

Just to be clear, nor do I think it's good form to comment in public about having been invited either.

Parties are always a tricky thing. There's invariably someone that hasn't been invited that feels snubbed, so it's inconsiderate to boast publicly if you have been.

My apologies to all I've offended over the last post.

There's really nothing I can say to justify myself. It won't happen again.

Though I didn't think people would be offended by my post, I'm sorry if they were.

It was the only the offer of your invitation that I wasn't happy with Sparkles.

They are invitations not tickets after all.

    It's Nigel I feel sorry for .

I hope the weather is great and he has a Phat party with his friends
