    Justifiable grounds for staying in

Recently purchased Counter Strike for my PC ... all my other games (HAlo, Unreal 2004, Close Combat) have become redundant ... now thinking about retiring from dance and dedicating my life to GETTING PAST THE SECOND LEVEL (not very good at it yet )

Anyway ... of the gamers out there, what games do you have that can tempt you away from the world outdoors?

Counter Strike is the best game ever, at least the online game is, Condition Zero the single player game is a pale imitation. I was in a counter strike team for a couple of years but we didnt play many clan matches (this is serious business nowadays... prizes of $200,000 for the pro tournaments) it was more a hobby. The new graphical generation of games are well recommended : Far Cry and Doom 3 are already out. Half Life 2 (and the new CounterStrike Source) will be out at the end of November.

Unreal, doom, Civilisation are all game series...as is Quake, The Sims...er..most of them in fact

Colin McCray ? Is that the fish driver ?

I get very hyper after dancing and find it really hard to calm down and get off to sleep!

So, my usual ritual when i get in, is a cup of hot chocolate and a mind numbing game, of either, Mah-jong or Spider Solitaire, with both you have to concentrate and they ARE really boring but I'm quite hooked and they do the job!

I'd never stay in to do one though!

I think the best game ever was CRASH TEAM RACING PS1

it really happened for me and the best bit was I could beat the pants off my son and his mates.
    HAR HAR HAR

Used to beat 3 of them in battles.

However anything else and I'm completley naff. I hate that moment when he goes 'awww dad' 'cos I'm as much competition as a dead slug.
