Take a good look in the Mirror

Well Adam (CerocMetro - still time to buy the Jivemasters 03 video) has a 3 page spread in the Mirror today (Tuesday 22nd June 2004), worth a read, so go buy the papers if you can!

For those of you that can't buy it, I have scanned the full article for your viewing delight!
There are some brilliant quotes in there, maybe we could all post our favourites

Post Re: Take a good look in the Mirror

My favorite quotes....translated for the masses

"Adam isn't especially good looking and he's only 5ft 7in tall but he has an attractive personality and he's an excellent dancer"

Ugly little bloke who can move a bit...

"The Ceroc teachers have a real glamour about them...it's easy for students to fall in love"

Ceroc teachers sweat a lot and meet girls with no sense of smell, poor eyesight and in need...

"I remember shortly after I started teaching, one woman giving me her hotel keys and I just thought why?"...

Ceroc teachers should really try to avoid dressing like hotel porters....

"Now I understand how all these ugly old politicians pull so many babes..."

No - still can't understand that one...can't translate that into anything that makes sense...

    "...and your body cannot lie..."

Mine does every morning... It tells me what a lean fit dancing machine I am....

A good article though - well done to Adam, Robin, Mandy and Tez for giveing a (reasonably) good view of the dance world and for being so open about the things in life that, thankfully, none of us will have to face.

What do the rest of you think - is this positive PR for the thing we all love to do - dance...???

Must Be Catching - Dance Weekender on Radio4

From the promo clips sounds like there's a similar plot device on R4 on Friday am.

11:30 Robin and Wendy's Wet Weekends

    Alka Salsa
Maureen persuades Wendy to join her on a salsa weekend in Bognor. Robin reluctantly goes along too, so he can visit a model village.

New series of the sitcom by Kay Stonham. 1/4.

    He probably did, it was just edited out since everyone already knows there are 3 copies of the 2003 Jivemaster's video available {available directly from CerocMetro himself}

It would appear it was a day for articles in the paper.

Simon Selman was in my parents local paper dancing at the local shopping centre.

This will just reinforce that you met the criteria for being a proper dancer, like Andy McG and I...

5' 7" to 5' 8" is of course the perfect height for dancing / teaching...nice to know you're still in with the 'in' crowd mate...
