    Cool New MJ CLub in the North West

    OK ... the temptation could not be resisted anymore. I confess, its the attraction of generating untold wealth, the adulation of the dancing public, the opportunity to foster stronger ties with rival clubs and being able to sleep soundly at night ... yeah, right...

    Anyway, given that there have been rumours of me starting a club at Northwich for the last year ... I thought I'd make the rumours true ... so I'm doing it. Given the venue's reputation from its freestyles it actualy made no sense not to do so.

    To try to minimise the paranoia of other clubs, we're on a non-competing night and have made it a prime aim to bring in new dancers and retain them ... well we can all dream can't we.

    To give the club its best chance of succes I've decided to team up with the Blitz organsiation (not a forgone conclusion by any means) and will be opertaing the club as a franchise operation. I've been through this loop a number of time but know all too well it aint easy and ANY club can fail so any hints, tips, advice etc. will be gratfeully accepted. and, not being sarcastic, I look forward to working with ALL MJ clubs in the region ... at least any that want to work with me.

    So .. in short;
    From July 15th, Blitz Gus opens a weekly Modern Jive club at Northwich Memorial Hall every Thursday.

    ......... if you can be bothered, the 'official notification is below:

    It’s the news that dancers in the North West have been waiting for ….. after a year as an awesome freestyle-only event, Blitz and Gorgeous Gus will be opening up a regular Thursday night class at Northwich Memorial Hall!

    The aim of the new club is to:
