Sensible answer....Originally posted by Missy D
Anyone got any advice?
If I were you, I'd wear dance shorts/BIG knickers to match my skirt or top, then no-one will say anything!
Good luck
Ok i will probably regret writing this on the forum but, hopefully i will get some sensible answers.
I have just tried on my dance outfit for tomorrow and realise the skirt is a little shorter than i thought. Anyway what i really want to know what everyone else wears underneath. Should i:-
1) Wear huge skin coloured dance pants.
2) Wear a thong and risk butt cheeks bouncing off the back of my
knees.
2) wear none and get asked all day by the scots why i wear the
sporran under my skirt.

All i can say sis, if you do diside to wear a pair of knickers make sure you check the label this time, as those size 18 pants you got for last years comp really did nothing for you, sorry i lied last year about how sexy you looked in them but i was there for your support
BIG Knickers definitely !!!!

So which option did you go for in the end? I didn't notice, you see I really was just looking into your eyes!

Knickerbox sell lycra dance shorts which are very, very comfy and utterly secure - perfect for those moments when your partner is suddenly tempted to sweep you off your feet!
They are not the sexiest things in the world, but hey... a lady should retain some mystery !
There you go sis, just as i thought, no one noticed your Sloggi pants with reinforsed gusset

You know i'm only
Having seen the 'thong' thing done a few times at dance venues, I have to say it looks 'pants', pardon the pun.
Why do women & girls think that it is attractive or sexy to have your bum cheecks flashing around the room.
I dare say the men may not find it too off-putting, but even if your lucky enough to still own a nice firm little bot, I'm not that interested in seeing that much of it.
Well in the end i went for the big skin coloured pants without reinforced gusset! good job really as whilst doing a bit of freestyle i got attached to a womans tassles and she nearly ripped my skirt right off!
I did notice the eye contact at all times sheepy

I'm surprised the tassles survived, you know that skirt could be classed as a dangerous weapon! (In more ways than one ) But now I'm conjuring up thoughts of what would have happened if you'd got entangled with dee and her matching outfit!Originally posted by Missy D

I honestly don't think that many men do find it sexy and it can be off-putting. Saw a women with a thing dancing in London a couple of years ago and who was obviously very very keen to show off her bum ( she kept flicking her short skirt up with her hand) and instead of helping her it clearly distracted and she didn't get through.
A nice pair of good dance knickers is much better, safer and at the end of the night they may well be a bit soggy........but hey.... that dancing for you
