    BTW the last column is for adding any other planned activities - (eg we could note the time of the forum BBQ in there) - useful if you are planning on meeting up with friends to eat or go to the beach etc.

    I've downloaded yours, Lynn, and will print it off and use it to plan my weekend.... I still haven't got a clue how to choose which workshops to do!!! Too much to choose from, and a few of the ones I definitely want to do seem to clash!

    I doubt if I'll be able to walk next Monday......

    OK I'm going to try again, cos I posted the wrong one last time, I didn't realise but when my PC crashed (for the 1000..... time today) it didn't save the right one!
