I've just made my self an A4 Excel spreadsheet of all the times and rooms! (I know, I'm sad ) but if it works, you might like to print one off for yourselves!

BTW the last column is for adding any other planned activities - (eg we could note the time of the forum BBQ in there) - useful if you are planning on meeting up with friends to eat or go to the beach etc.

I've downloaded yours, Lynn, and will print it off and use it to plan my weekend.... I still haven't got a clue how to choose which workshops to do!!! Too much to choose from, and a few of the ones I definitely want to do seem to clash!

I doubt if I'll be able to walk next Monday......

Well, I can always pretend to be organised and to have plans.... In fact, I have no ink for my printer, so unless I go out and buy some, I won't actually be able to print anything.
