Here are a few other reasons;

1. There's been longer to vote for part 1.

2. The people listed in part 1 are better known on the forum because they post more.


One observation I've got, and I haven't checked fully, nearly everyone who's voted has said 'The Wacko' is weird. Is he really that weird or is it because his name sounds a bit like 'The Weirdo':confused of Sussex and not even slightly weird:
