Strange isn't it, as at the time we were just kids never even thought of anyone becoming famous

I routinely insulted Henry pompous twat Kelly when he used to come into my old betting shop. Not much I know but I'm fond of it. Oh, and granddad claimed that I'm related to Robert Peele, the bloke who created the police force....not sure about that but he was adament.

    claims to fame

    I have lots,
I once stood on George Micheals' foot leaving the toilet in the Grape press (a wine bar in Windsor)
I stood on The Queen Mother whilst serving the Queen a Gin and Tonic.
I often waited on the Queen and Prince Philip at dinner.
I knew of the affair between Dianna and James Hewitt as soon as it began and was sworn to secrecy.
I used to work in a pub and served Eric Bristow, Micheal Elphic and Paul Henry on occasion.
I almost ran over Jonny Briggs outside my local chipshop and regularly see him shopping in Tescos.
Met loads of pop and rock stars when I worked for A and S security ( too many to metion )
Used to drink in the same pup as Jim Davidson, Saturday afternoons were hilarious.
I have been seen dancing on local T.V. news programmes twice.
and I'm often mistaken for the big bald bloke on the BBC tv salsa advert

Kept that secret well then didn't you ! !

I used to look after Roger Millers plane. at Leavesden and later at Stansted.
Used to drink with Roger Moores double, up at the Hawksridge Club on Denham Airfield, John somebody-or-other,
Been on the 6 o'clock show on TV when I was chairman of Watford Hosp Radio
Did a gig near Chesham somewhere (too many years ago now) and Ian Botham and family were guests. He helped fish my son out of the pool after he had got too close looking at all the antics going on.
I also worked on the plane that Frank Sinatra used to use. I once belonged to Stevie Wonder and had a full electric organ built into the 5 metre long bar in the rear lounge.
Interviewed Pam Tillis, and her dad Mel Tillis, while on my last trip to the States.
Many years ago whilst working at Heathrow I had a short chat with Max Bygraves. He said I looked like his son, but he wouldn't "tell me a stoooory" ! !
Had a laugh with Cilla and Frankie Howard backstage of the Palladium, after a Panto many many years ago. Both VERY funny.
Just got back from shopping at Asda. OOps, sorry ! ! !

must get to bed now I s'pose !

I was introduced to John Hanna (actor) - he was in the same airport lounge when going to Prague with friends - my friend asked him if he was John Hanna, when he said yes, she couldn't think what else to say and so introduced me.

There was also a rugby club weekend crowd all dressed as Elvis in his white suit days on that flight so it was a very entertaining trip
