I am back and dancing again

After nearly 13 years not dancing. I am back.

i was at Dundee last Saturday and will be at Rutherglen on Friday.

i really hope to see a lot of the old faces and the new ones, and will as in the old days dance with everyone I can.

I hope to get a new title as chief worrier is the old me.

    Great news, well done you!

I have barely danced in 4 years and a bit nervous about getting back on the dance floor!

It will all be in your muscle memory. One way is to dance with someone you know well enough to have a chinwag with, so you won't notice that you're actually dancing.
    Love dance, will travel

It's a good time to start - there is often an influx of newbies at the start of term.
You can pretend to be a Beginner for the <5 minutes it will take you to remember how to dance.

Re: I am back and dancing again

    Hi

just do it. I have now been back a month and am dancing better than I ever did.

The he moves you remember will be the ones you lead well.

If if I can come back after 13 years 4 is nothing. Hopefully see you there. Friend me on Facebook if you want Peter Livesey. Would be glad to speak to you about it and help you get the confidence.
