Here is the "Who's Going Where?" thread for the weekend of 28th/29th/30th October 2011.

How it works:

1. Suggest events you personally are interested in attending, in the form "Day - Event - Location".
   For example: "Sat - Edinburgh Prom Ball (Ceroc Scotland) - Pollock Halls, Edinburgh"
2. The moderators will put these suggestions into a poll - usually around Tuesday.
   Note: The poll may include extra options without event details (usually called "Spare", "Space" etc.) which allow the mods to add events in order after the poll is created - but only if no-one's voted on them. So, please ...er... don't vote on them.
3. People vote, we can all see who's going where, and the indecisive amongst us can decide where to dance.

Note: no advertising: The forum rules about advertising apply - these polls are not meant to allow organisers / crew / friends to advertise events. The moderators will remove any such posts.

I'm looking forward to the Saturday event, it'll have got a mixture of Tango / WCS / Latin / Jive / Blues in two rooms. A bit like the Sunday sessions, but longer and on Saturday nights

Bit of choice paralysis this weekend:

Can’t decide about Friday between Broxbourne and Rochester (whether I can face the drive to Kent or possibly worse, face Robin’s music).

Saturday – Spooktopia – Newbury -staying over and then onto:

Sunday – afternoon WCS workshop

Sunday eve probably Ijig at the Forum - Hatfield, as I don’t think I’ll make the drive to Berko.

Me and Maria are going to Broxbourne on Friday night. Maria had her wedding reception in there and says its a lovely hall with a great floor.

OMG missed your post sorry. I have been to that hall before and it is a really great venue but it is still Cheshunt in disguise. My friend Northy is down south this weekend so catching up with him at Rochester. Have fun and be gentle with old folk.

Well you do get a "Delicious variety of sandwiches , savouries, fruit, sweets, coffees & teas." for your money. Although you may be trampled in the rush.

Plus, of course, the music is everlasting. So that's great value for money.
