    Apology

This probably means nothing to the vast majority of you but I feel given one or two things I've said here it is warranted -

    copied from Leroc-in-Bristol forum:

'I'd just like to publically apologise to Ceroc South Wales (& a bit to Bristol too) for things I said in the past both publically & privately. I really wasnt in good shape when I returned to dancing just over 2 years ago & Lyndsey Chivers in particular was instrumental in helping me in improving my situation. I am now in a much better place but unfortunatley the damage had been done with my criticism. It probably seemed like a bad attitude but this actually concealed some health issues which I couldnt see at the time and I am pleased to say have experienced a big turnaround. But whatever Lyndsey certainly deserves a public apology - you are the best friend I've ever had & I can only live my life to the full now in appreciation :-)'

    regards me.:-)
