Here is the "Who's Going Where?" thread for the weekend of 24th/25th/26th June 2011.
---------------------------------------------
How it works:
- Suggest events you personally are interested in attending, in the form "Day - Event - Location".
For example: "Sat - Edinburgh Freestyle (Ceroc Scotland) - St Stephen's, Edinburgh"- The moderators will put these suggestions into a poll - usually around Tuesday.
Note: The poll may include extra options without event details (usually called "Spare", "Space" etc.) which allow the mods to add events in order after the poll is created - but only if no-one's voted on them. So, please ...er... don't vote on them.- People vote, we can all see who's going where, and the indecisive amongst us can decide where to dance.
Note: no advertising: The forum rules about advertising apply - these polls are not meant to allow organisers / crew / friends to advertise events. The moderators will remove any such posts.

I'm planning to be at
Sat - Rugby Freestyle (Ceroc Passion) - Indian Centre, Rugby

Once again, I don't think I can make it to Rugby this weekend hopefully next month I'll manage to coordinate myself a bit better
I think the next one is on Fri 15th July (not sure I can make it though). Also, if you can get to the area, it's well worth considering the big Daventry freestyle on 30th July which isn't too far from Rugby. There are 4 of these a year and they're usually excellent, with 2 rooms and dancing until 3am).

Lory, I would have thought it was a good dillemma.
Don't you think we're lucky to have two such good events so close to home.
Last week at Berko and the last Ijig at The Forum were both exceptionally good nights.
Me thinks with Berko finishing at 10:30 and the The Forum at 11:30 this time, it is possible to get in a bit of both.
Oh I don't like this new forum - can't edit posts anymore
and a one line post takes up half the screen!
I'm no good with Dilemma's though
Of course and I suppose it'll probably boil down to 'who 'is' going where' in the end, although I know I prefer Berko as a Venue, its no good if everyone's at the ForumDon't you think we're lucky to have two such good events so close to home.
True but its the forum 'venue' I find Not ijig at the schoolLast week at Berko and the last Ijig at The Forum were both exceptionally good nights.
Well, you never know!Me thinks with Berko finishing at 10:30 and the The Forum at 11:30 this time, it is possible to get in a bit of both.

I don't think you was at the last Forum freestyle. They changed the layout a bit and I think it made a big difference. Basically you now enter by going upstairs and down the side staircases to the main dance floor. This had the effect of merging the main dance floor and back area so the stairs joining them became part of a corridor rather than the main access point. This change may have addressed most of your concerns.
