Southport chalet refurbishment - how was yours?

This is a thread intended to gather details of the progress of the chalet improvements at Southport.

Had your chalet been improved in any way? If so what exactly had been done in terms of new decor, improvements, replacement furniture, carpets etc? What do you think still needed to be done to your chalet to make the refurbishment complete? Did you have a problem with your chalet and if so how well or badly did Pontins do in terms of sorting it out?
