Somewhere like the Amalfi coast, the Coté d'Azur, Channel Islands, Paris, Rome, Milan, etc, etc. It could even be somewhere like North Wales, Cornwall or the Lakes - possibly an area of Scotland (without midges). Go somewhere lovely, stay in a nice hotel, but get out of the hotel and explore the area, eat out, meet people, shop, etc.
