(No, I'm not going, it's in bloody Manchester, are you mad? )
Gav booked for us to go on this weekender today for the following reasons;
1. It's January and I'm feeling a bit *blur* so I need something to look forward to
2. We went last year and loved the hotel and the food
3. Dance Demon is going and I haven't seen him since the last Metropolis and I need to hear all of his latest jokes
4. I like Manchester - we got engaged there, don't you know!
5. Jive Addiction always do their best to put on a good weekender
6. We liked the classes last year and I want to do more
7. All under one roof, no driving or walking in the cold to the venue
8. It's UnderPars birthday. Hic!
So, who else is going?

Cya on Friday nite, Saturday morning at 4.00am I am off skiing
I hate Manchester, I just have to work here, but comically I paid for a room despite having digs around 2 miles away. A 2 mile walk would kill the benefits of ducking out for a shower and a change, and I like the holiday feel of a weekender in strange accommodation.
So I'll be there, dancing badly
im at salsa kingdom, was rescheduled from september (cancelled)!!!!!
Ooooh! John says the blues room is "new" this year. I'm intrigued. Does this mean the existing room has had a face lift or will it be in a different part of the hotel all together?
Would have loved to have gone but sadly can't make it . Even I have to spend an occasional weekend at home
.. but a pants floor IMO
