However...it has come to my attention that we are in luck, and that 'those days' are still with us in the form of the self-styled Kenobe meister's Funky Lush Extravaganza™ which is happening on 27th June kicking off at 3pm. That's right, on a Sunday.

Is it too good to be true? No, it's actually happening, and I have it on good authority that the cakes make the word decadent seem rather inadequate.

What say we relive the old days, dust off our funky gladrags and prepare oursleves for an afternoon of lushiousness?

Go on, you know you want to...
That man talks a lot of sense. It's rocade!

It so happens that I might be free for this month's FunkyLush Does anyone know what time it finishes as I'm also vaguely thinking of going to Buckden for Tessalicious...

Let's not be too vague please.

I will definitely be at Buckden on 27 June for Tess. Sadly I cannot make Funky Lush.

No chance you could get a pass out to this Sundays Stoke Poges luxury tea dance this coming Sunday I suppose - have you checked out the hotel's web-site?

Went to the this in Feb and had a great afternoon, and broke my no cake rule, Mrs Kenobe's cakes were wonderful. So will definitely try and get there for this month's one

I think IJig have one of their specials in the evening so could go home via IJig, seems a good way to spend a Sunday

    This weekend is no good

I'll just have to try and be less vague about Buckden...
