    Double Trouble - Workshops

I've been searching for double trouble workshops and classes and have noticed that they are extremely infrequent. Weekenders often have a 1 hour class, which is usually too short and crowded to learn much. The only workshop I've found, thus far, is 6 months in the future!

Does anybody know of any double trouble classes being held in the coming weeks / months?

How do most people learn to lead double trouble? Classes? Videos? Friends? Trial-and-error?

I learnt trial and error, which I think is not a bad way to learn.

If you can lead it with one hand, try leading it with the other hand... then introduce another girl and try the same move with both hands...

    That is a starting point.

Later on, you can try doing more tricky stuff, a bit like rubbing your belly in a circle and patting your head at the same time.

The main thing is to treat it as a bit of fun, and give it a go, one or two times an evening when you are first learning.

I would recommend getting in touch with John Sweeney - as he is a great teacher and a Double Trouble champion (he also has excellent DVDs). Try modernjive.com

Ok, it's an obvious joke, but I lost at bingo tonight and Gav is a bleedin' Jonah!
