A must see, for anyone interested in dance history

I've just spent an extremely enjoyable hour watching an absolutely superb programme that I taped earlier today

    Its Bruce Goes Dancing http://truetvandfilm.co.uk/productio...e-goes-dancing

Bruce Forsyth goes back to the 1920's and follows how the dance of today has developed.
He interviews (and dances with) some of the real innovators of their time, like the Nicholas Brothers and Frankie Manning, plus many more.

The next programme is on tomorrow, on BBC1 at 15-55

Do yourself a favour and tape it!

Life magazine archive is on Google Books, along with many others. Historians dream.
