yes I spoke to Heavenly, they can provide extra padding which won't effect the inside size of the shoe... - so I can either go for that, - or, just buy half a size too big and buy my own insole... - I'm thinking that if I buy my own insole I can buy a really good/expensive one, - and that might be better ? - plus I can change it on occasion... hmmmmm.............

I found with my old Heavenly's that when the original seude sole was worn out I got them re-soled this provided extra cushioning. Was about £8 and at the same time I got to peruse (read drool over) the huge variety of materials and styles of shoes they had there and chat to other dancers about their shoes.
Always takes an hour to get back out of the shop and sometimes with a new order made as well
