    Closing/ending/resolving editing threads.

    hi,
another forum I use, for kayaking, has a very active for sale section, threads usually start with a heading something like

"whitewater Kayak with paddle for sale, aberdeen"

there are then various replies, what size colour condition, etc.

    then it gets sold

At that point the seller ( the original poster ) is able to edit the thread title to something like

"Whitewater kayak with paddle for sale, aberdeen - NOW SOLD"

Would this be be a useful editing facility for here ? , It could be used when threads have been solved e.g.

"Male dance partner wanted - Edinburgh"
    could be edited to

"Male dance partner wanted - Edinburgh - DANCE PARTNER FOUND THANKS"

Perhaps i am being too pedantic - it wouldn't be the fiirst time !!!!

    regards, john

If you look at the header bar, there is a "for sale!" section.
