What is it about a bit of sunshine? It turns some people into total fashion retards! There's loads of photographic proof posted to Facebook. Hopefully these guys will see themselves after they've been tagged in the pictures and realise just what an affront to the eyes khaki knee length safari shorts, black blox and brown ankle socks are as a combination.

Let's face it, it's fairly simple....

Ok this brings up an intersting point, because I decided / was told, I couldn't get away with wearing short, so I put some trousers on.

But .... I noticed that the Scottish men seem to get away with, it with regards to their kilts. - which are, lets face it about the same lenght as a long pair of shorts.

So this question is why does it work with a kilts but not with shorts?

Hey I wear shorts a lot to Ceroc nights! It's too damn hot in the summer!

(Sigh) I'll just try one more time to explain:

1. 95% of mens shorts are inherently naff so even finding a stylish pair would be something of an achievement.

2. 95% of men don't have legs that look good in shorts, however well tailored.

3. Even a man with decent legs for shorts in a stylish pair would still look better on the dance floor in a pair of trousers.

4. In a recent survey 95% of female dancers said they hated dancing with men in shorts and wished they would all stop doing it.

5. If you want to put women off dancing with you, **** off the few that do and be the subject of ridicule by all means carry on wearing shorts.

I hope this makes things clear.

You do not need any particular clothing to attend a Ceroc evening. Anything goes, casual wear or smart dress, as long as you feel comfortable. It is really up to you!! As for shoes, wear something that will allow you to move freely on the dance floor - we recommend leather soled shoes.

Don't let the fashion police bully you into wearing clothes which are too hot and/or uncomfortable to dance in.

Just because Lost Leader & Stoke Bloke feel they need to hide their legs, does not mean other men should be coerced into following their example by the use of bogus statistics.
