Jerome K Jerome said he could catch a disease just by reading about it.
Washing your hands (frequently) makes a big difference. (I can't find the quote, so I'm paraphrasing, but the head of the WHO once said "If I had one wish, and had to choose between world peace and everyone washing their hands regularly, I don't know which I'd choose").

I phoned the NHS Direct helpline last night to ask about Swine Flu, but all I got was crackling...
It's the a-pork-alypse I tell you!

I woke up this morning looking a bit strange so I 'phoned the doctor to tell him I thought I may have swine flue. He asked me what my symptoms were and why I thought I may have swine flue, I told him I woke up covered in rashes.
<-wonders how long these jokes will go on for? Snout wrong with a few jokes, but they get a little Boaring after a while.
Well, the latest 'Breaking News' on Sky right now is that the couple in the UK who had swine flu are being released from hospital. http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/lif...cle6184080.ece
They were whisked away for a meeting with Max Clifford who is snouting round the Sunday newspapers for this exclusive story of porcine hell. Expect major headlines in the News of the World this Sunday. *
It was interesting to notice the name of the couple: Ian and Dawn Askham.
I mean - they were asking for it really weren't they?
* And quotes from Dawn:
"When we checked into our hotel in Mexico I think the receptionist misunderstood our name and thought we were asking for some ham in our room. Imagine my horror when we opened the door and found a Mexican pig in our en suite".
More breaking news...
The British Government have released a statement, claiming that they're confident they can keep the outbreak under control, using a special winged instect that is found on swine food.
Yeah yeah, pigswill fly!
