    Had my hospital apt this morn for an MRI. They didn't do one, just booked me back in for 6 weeks time to have it done.

    It feels alot better now and doc doesn't think it is tendon damage as it's not swollen at all or painful to touch.

    Funny enough, this time the doc said the best thing to do is to have a few easy dances on it to help strengthen it up.

    Yes! he is correct - now the swelling has gone down.

    There was never swelling to start with.
