    Help on Leroc Beginners moves

    Morning all

I was looking at what catagories to do at the Leroc Weston champs and thought that the back to basics catagory looked like a good idea as we do Ceroc X, until i read that there are 43 beginners moves (some i have never heard of) saying that it is probably a good idea to buy there DVD "accelerate your progress" I would rather not lay out on a DVD that i will only watch once as i am sure that the majority of moves are similar to ceroc ones just call something different

Dont suppose anyone has a copy of that DVD lerking in the back of the cupboard that i could borrow or even someone that can translate the list back to cerocish

Thanks in advance guys and gals

I'm ok with the ones already in blue its just the other i need some help with please

Re: Help on Leroc Beginners moves

    Hi DD+.

If it helps, I started a thread on the same topic last year. Have a look here:

    http://www.cerocscotland.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=16752

I don't think we got to the bottom of all of them, though.

(And it still strikes me as a daft idea).
