My old man reads the Mail. When I'm there I tend to flick through it, but find you can't read any headline without doing the movie-style "dun dun dunnnnnn" noise afterwards.

Also, according the Mail whatever you eat/drink/do will kill you. Oh, and also NOT doing it will kill you aswell. We're all going to dieeeee!

Ben Goldacre (of the Bad Science blog) says that the Daily Mail is engaged in the process of dividing all phenomena in the universe into things which cause or cure cancer...

All that makeup and drinking on car bonnets can't be good for you.. They'd probably stick it in the "CAUSE" box until proved otherwise

You do realise that Brian's 'mother' is really a bloke in drag. That's why 'she' looks winterish.

Yes I do but I wasn't referring to the pic of Terry Jones as Brian's Mum

    Ok, dig yourself in deeper.

I think we are been somewhat mean to these women.

I'm also sad that in the year 2009 there are still "brides for sale"

No woman should need to marry to survive anymore.

Nope.. that's the man's job these days!

"Where's the ironing?" "Have you seen my car keys?" "What's for dinner?" "When are we meeting Bob and Sheila?" "I can't find my bus pass!"

us men.. totally useless without a good woman to look after us.

suck up, But I have to agree!

Its the same in my parents house:

Dad: Where are my Car Keys? *moving the cusions of the sofa* Where the hell did I leave my flippin car keys?

Mum: *from the bedroom, calm as you like* If you put them in the same place when you come in, you'll find them.

Dad: They're normally in my pocket but they arent there anymore

Mum: *comes through picks up the keys from the side unit, hands them to dad and lets out an exasperated sigh*

    Dad: Thanks love!

I think this is the same for households all over Britain!

    Re: The unattached males thread.

You see my theory is this.. Boys and Girls grow up differently.

When girls grow up they mature and blossom and develop.

When boys grow up.. they just get bigger

The end result being an adult woman and a boy in an adult sized body. It's Darwinism at work. that way we appeal to the woman's mothering instinct

That's why we can't think for ourselves.. we need a woman to tell us the obvious and show us what's under our noses If we could get away with being bathed and spoon fed we probably would. We're all still kids at heart.

Think I'm wrong? When was the last time a man walked past a toy shop and DIDN'T look in the window? and as for cars, power drills, cameras, PC's and MP3 players? "Grown up" toy replacements.

    hey I know my place
