Major UK WCS success in America!

Just got off the phone to my baby Catriona Wiles who has just won All stars Jack and Jill with Chris Hussey who will be at Eclipse in June, at Capital Swing in Sacramento Calif

For those who are wondering All stars is just below invitational (champions) JnJ but almost everyone has competed at Champions level!

Paul Warden took 1st place in Advanced Strictly swing with Yenni Setiawan

Cat Wiles also took 2nd place in Advanced in Strictly also! Woo Hoo

Well done to both Cat and Paul for their successes. Good also to see Chris and Katrina so high in the Classic - look forward to seeing their routine in June.

I also belatedly found out that Susan Rogers(Bateman) won Intermediate at Capital also, she is now dancing in Advanced!

Susan and Brady came 6th in Advanced Strictly also!

All good news for the UK WCS scene.

Way to go guys - that's fantastic news . So... which couple will you be knocking off one of those top 6 positions next time then?

Well done both of you - on all that you achieved over there

Good to see Michael and Jennifer picking up 1st and 2nd respectively in Champs JnJ

Surprised to see Robert Cordoba top the Strictly given some of the other pairings.

Is this the only event Sharlot Bott dances at? I saw the tapes of last year and if anyone epitomises the concept of man providing a frame for the lady it's her Strictly partner Mark Scheuffele. It works well for her but seeing him dance JnJ with Sarah Vann Drake I felt a bit sorry for him

Did Paul W enter Allstars JnJ too?

Paul got to the final of All stars which had 35 couples in it and came 7th with Tessa Cunningham, which considering was his first attempt was a good placement.

Biggest shick apparently was Ben Morris not getting a look in anywhere!
He and Melina came 6th in Classic which is unheard of and what about this!

He danced with Tatiana and didn`t make the top 5! And it is his local event apparently! very strange occurings indeed

There was all the kerfuffle last year I recall over Tat, Kyle, Robert R, Arjay, etc not making finals of Strictly due to partner swapping/playing up to the crowd in the all skate round of the semis. I wondered if this lead Kyle/Sarah to boycott Capital this year and come to Skegness instead (California/Skegness - got to admit, it's a tough decision )

The All skate Kerfuffle was great to watch but it all got over, Kyle and Sarah no show at Capital had nothing to do with the all skate issue nor the massive pull of JA or Beautiful Skeggy! WCS Bolotics i bekieve!
