My daughter has also bought tickets for us to go to see the show at the O2, can’t wait. She has warned me to behave though

I'll stick to firearms myself. Much easier (and safer) to use.

    Re: Best Xmas Present's EVER

Ok sport fans quick update on the Bow situation......Received my replacement Classic Hunters Bow today, lovely it is, just lovely mun.

Me and the Bat are booked onto a weekend Archery course, which will give us both our license and membership of a good club in St Neots.

Made a shed load of heavy duty war arrows over Xmas, we now have 5 really strong bows which include.

    1 English Longbow.

2 Japanese Bamboo and Glass Bow.

    3 Classic Hunters Bow.

    4 Recurve Bow.

    5 Compound Bow.

Shed loads of arrows and all the gear to go with them. Just waiting for the end of the world and hordes of non-dancers to appear over the horizon.

Ok all the non dancers start running, we will give you a sporting chance afore we fill you up like a pin cushion. My spare bedroom looks like Custer's last stand at the mo, ie arrows everywhere pips.

Batgirl is a dab hand at killing the wardrobes, if we are ever invaded by hordes of nasty wardrobes..She's your girl.

If there are joint winners for a place in an archery comp, does that make it a bowtie?

    Good luck with the course

Not bad, but I see you have been deprived of a crossbow

i was never good with the crossbow. Couldn't get the wire back far enough to get the arrow in. I'd be dead within 2 mins cause the bow would be wrapped around my head.

Talking Re: Best Xmas Present's EVER

You may remember that before Christmas I was trying to find out how to put all my vinyl and cassettes on CD.
My dear Genevieve read some of the advice given to me your good selves and followed a link and bought me a USB Turntable which converts all my records and cassettes to CD - Now thats what I call a present
