Cool Re: Best Xmas Present's EVER

Dave, woman bang on and on and on about being bloody equal, so show them that you're considerate to those needs. As a sign of solidarity why not get her a set of brand new, drop forged, metric combination spanners to fix the car with? Carefully wrapped they make an excellent gift (quite heavy too which makes the guessing part even more fun). Push the boat right out and get her an oil drain tray, five liters of fully synthetic and multifit sump tool. Anyone who isn't COMPLETELY delighted with these gifts obviously has something wrong in the head

Antifreeze has always struck me as a very considerate gift too.

My ironing board got left behind when I moved house 9 years ago. It really was an accident.

But I've never felt the need to buy a new one.

My husband bought me an iron once for Christmas and I can confirm that the iron shape scar on his forehead is now starting to fade after 25 years

Bloody Bows will be here next Monday now.

Still well worth the wait have three coming, all different.

One Longbow, one Japanese Bamboo Bow and a Classic Hunter's Bow.

Also bought the gear to make my own Arrows....Bit of experimenting will be required.

Anybody got some old Hand Grenades they dont want?

Pm me if you have any blowy up type sh1t you want to get shot of.

I shall bow to your bowing the Bow type situation.

    Takes a bow and leaves.

    The English language eh!

No wonder it's a baffling languge to learn.

Thankfully Poi Boi didn't buy me bow and arrow for xmas. This xmas was so good, presents from Poi Boi were lingerie , twilight umbrella (put batteries in and it changes colour its romantic in a way) and a Shark calender . But my mother-in-law gave me a GREEN lava lamp

I got a Mixing Bowl, an electric food mixer and a non-stick muffin tray* for my christmas this year

Guess when I finally get back into our kitchen loads of cakes are going to be made !

    * the muffin tray was actually a shared gift to Twirly and I.. but I guess I know who'll be utilising it the most

At first I thought Twirly had bought you the kitchen ware.

Thanks for clearing that up, as it's hardly romantic.
