I so wish I was going! I went to Gran Canaria last year and it was a fantastic holiday, sunshine, lovely hotel, afternoons chilling by the pool, workshops, socialising and lots of dancing!
Considering Malta in May...
Gus, Gerry and I are going to La Palma in the first week in December. Sue and I are flying from Gatwick. Is anybody else going and where are you flying from?

I didn't do too much shopping last year but I did manage to come home with a cute little beach dress and a pair of sparkly shoes!
It was so nice sitting chilling by the pool early evening while the sun set over the sea wasn't it?
Mandy & I will be there. flying from Gatwick, so guess we will meet peeps there.
Looking forward to Sun & fun and a bit of diving in the warm clear seas with plenty of wildlife.
If you are a diver, your Padi/BSAC card will get 10kg extra fee luggage. £30 for an additional 15kg on top of that means you can take your whole kit if you want to.
Filthy?...Moi?...You must be thinking of someone else
This will be the first Decenber holiday I've missed...but Malta is looking good
handy to know Ian. i did the first part of the Padi course a couple of years ago.....now what did I do with that certificate
LAS & I will there, flying from Gatwick.
We will also be going to Malta in May.
WooHoo I'm going too!! Can't wait need a holiday! I'll be on the gatwick flight tomorrow morning!
Neither a) nor b) - we're headed for the Snow Ball in Stockholm this year. OK - so it'll be cold, but four days of classes & a whole lot of social dancing... we aim to learn a lot, dance a lot, and have a whole heap of fun.
Less than 24 hours to go. All I need to do is run tonight's "Smooth Sunday", do my expenses, make playlists for the nights I'm missing, check out a new venue at 2pm, print up some leaflets, print some tickets, work out what I'm going to wear, pack, etc, etc. I have a feeling that I will be arriving at Gatwick having had less than an hour of sleep
And last week was really busy too. Annual appraisal on Monday, a training course in Manchester on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with revision each night for exams every day. Walked off the train from Gatwick at 10pm straight into our Thursday night class. Then taking delivery of a new car at 7.30am and meetings all day on Friday, a trip around the M25 on Friday night, running a dance yesterday followed by watching Strictly and getting to bed at 4am
I always start a holiday needing a holiday. Sometimes I wonder if I'd need a holiday so much if I wasn't actually going on holiday in the first place
Wes rang me on Wednesday just before he flew out to get things ready. It sounds like everything should be well prepared for our arrival - I can't wait
