    JENNY SAYER at the ROOM

    Women’s Technique

    6 week course- 9th, 16th, 23rd Nov 7th, 14th, 21st Dec

    Sundays 4.00-5.30

The Room- 33 Holcombe Rd, Tottenham Hale, N17 9AS

    Cost - £10 per session

This six week course aims to help you feel more confident, stylish and elegant on the dance floor.

You will be given the control needed to build strong technique and improve balance, musicality and connection.

This class will help you to break tango down into its component parts and give you the opportunity to work on exercises that will lead to a better understanding of the follower’s role as well as preparing you to complete more complex movements.

Time will be given in class for you to practise and individual feedback will be given as to what each of you might need to work on in order to improve your dance. Time will also be given to answer your questions.

The class is intended for anyone who is committed to improving their dance - and with all the stretching and strengthening of feet, ankles, shapely legs are guaranteed!

    All levels welcome!
I can highly recommend Jenny's teaching - if I were a woman, I'd be there like a shot.

Jenny's put her contact details on that page, so simply follow the link if you're interested.

Thanks for that David, have got her number and I am strongly considering it. Time fits in nicely just before Berko...very 'doable' and let's be fair, I need all the help I can get

Four walls and a floor is good enough for me

So tempting ... but not sure if I could squeeze in St Albans, then this, then Berko in one day.

But then, no one would miss me at Berko for a few weeks, would they?

... perhaps only on my dj nights when there's no music in the blues room ...

Jenny should be there tonight at Negracha's - I'll introduce you to her, if you're interested in taking her classes.

From what she was saying last night, the venue's lovely - and they've got a gallery opening thing today at the place, so presumably you can look at Art also

In addition, I think these are drop-in classes, not a full course, although it's obviously best to call her in advance.
