I'll be there and I'm really looking forward to this.

I just don't know that many people on here that are going, well hopefully I'll meet and get to know a few of you there.

Will we be treated to the pink fairy outfit again, or are you saving that for the 10th?

Full details on all the different facets of the evening including all timings are given on the 'Twisted' page in the events section of the Utopia website. Everyone who booked on-line should have also received a detailed email in the last 2 days too.

Then I can only guess that your inbox is treating the mail as spam as it's sent out as part of a series of small groups, or your email had an error in it when it was first logged.

Everyone that books online gets an immediate confirmation via the system that informs them that they have booked, what they have booked and at what value. If you do not recieve this confirmation then it's possible there was an error in your initial email details and you should in the first instance go on to check your details with the online system (this is because it remembers you when you first book so stores your details, and unless you check to make sure they are correct there is no way for the system to know if the email address is valid for you or not.)

Another problem that occurs is when you do get a confirmation but it shows a zero value. In this instance the system is telling you that you went through the booking process and something failed and the booking did not complete. This error occurs because there are two parts to the booking process, one with Barclays and one with the online system itself. Obviously if you see a zero value it should prompt you to ring us so that we can double check and sort things out for you. This would then lead to the fact that as the system sees a zero value it tells us that it was a failed transaction and you would then not be added to the list for the email details we always send out just before the event. I'm sure that you can appreciate that there are lots of instances where people don't complete a transaction for one reason or another so a failed transaction record wouldn't alert us to a potential problem.

    So to summarise:
1.) If you booked online and did not receive an immediate email confirmation, then something has gone wrong somewhere and you need to call or email us to confirm your booking (however, in the first instance you should check your details with the online system to see if they are correct).

2.) If you booked online and had a confirmation that showed a zero value then your booking failed and you must rebook.

3.) If you booked and received a confirmation with either a full value or zero value then your email address is working fine and maybe susbsequent emails aren't getting through because they are sent as a group and rejected by your inbox.

In any case for all of our events the full details are always available on the website including address, maps and timings and this should be of use to confirm details closer to the event and/or before booking.

Lengthy answer I know, but I have had some PM's covering similar ground so thought a more comprehensive public reply may help.

This is what happened to me a few weeks back. ALL emails that were sent to me as part of a group, went straight into the spam box and by the time I noticed, I had over 300 emails in there, a lot of which were NOT spam

P.s. I really wish you'd introduce Paypal, I hate all that faffing around with credit cards and passwords (which I always forget )

Thanks for taking the time and trouble to give such a detailed and helpful answer. In my case the booking did work as I received an e-mail confirmation for the correct amount. I still however cannot find any second e-mail, not even amongst my spam. That said I'm not unduly worried as the information on the web site is very comprehensive. The only thing that might be of concern was if the second e-mail had some important new information in it which is not on the web site but from what you have said this is not the case so I can peacefully.

Will that be during Rocky's sets? or Silverfox's? or both?
