Sigh.. Must it always be me who is forced to do all the obvious movie quotes

"Badges? We don't need no steenking badges!"

(Courtesy of Mel Brooks.. of course the actual Quote from "The Treasure Of The Sierra Madre" was Actually "We ain't got no badges! We don't need no badges. I don't have to show you any stinkin' badges!")

it's a hard life being a square eyed movie geek. I think I'm banned from every Pub quiz these days

Been done (I supplied very pretty sparkly ones at Camber once) and YES it did work. Could be costly now as there are so many forumites and it still doesn't let you know who's who.

I think we shoud all supply a photo in the "Introduce Yourself" thread (we need an old fashion Harperlink please) - Many of us are in this thread already.

But will you remember who was who from the time when you looked at the pix, and the time you are actually dacning with them? I think charity-type wristbands are a very good idea - get them done each one for yourself. And have your forum name printed on them - can be done by stamping inks easily. I think I might look into it for Camber...

They sound just the thing to me, how much would they work out each, I for one would be quite happy to buy one to keep for bit get togethers especially if they are pretty sparkly ones .....and although they don't let you know who is who it does break the ice to enable you to ask.

Wristbands are sounding like a good idea.

I use sweat bands to cover the admission bands. The name band could cover the admission band.

I could even write a name on a sweat band like I did with a forum t-shirt.
