Who's going where? Weekend 17th/18th/19th October 2008

Here is the "Who's Going Where?" thread for the weekend of 17th/18th/19th October 2008.

How it works:

• People suggest events they are interested in attending (but see "Suggesting Events" below).
• The moderators will make this thread into a poll - usually around Tuesday.
• People vote, we can all see who's going where at the weekend, and the indecisive amongst us can decide where to dance.
• Please note that the moderators sometimes create "spare" options with "Do not vote" on them. If they do then ..er.. don't vote on them. The idea is that these spare options can be reassigned later if events emerge after the poll is created, but only if noone's voted. There are various limitations to what the forum software can do - this seems to be the best way round it, but it relies on your cooperation.

Suggesting events:

• Please format events as : Day - Event - Location
  
  Please write the day in the three letter abbreviation i.e. Fri, Sat or Sun. So for example:

I think others have got most of the events around Scotland that I know about this weekend – the pre-Champs, the Champs, the Champs party, and the Sunday Tea Dance; plus Red Hot & Blue on Friday.

I've also been told about a charity event on Friday night in East Kilbride, organised by Moira Bryans.

Fri - Charity Dance – Centre 1, East Kilbride.

Despite have a choice of 3 on Friday night, I won't be at any of them, but will be at the champs on Saturday.
